You (the “User”) are welcome to use the services we provide (including but not limited to our published applications “Stress Tracker For Watch”, referred to as the “Services”).
Please read and fully understand the following terms and conditions. By using or logging in to the Services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to the contents of this Agreement, including any changes we may make to the Usage Agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms of this Agreement, you may choose to terminate your access or stop using the Services.

1.4 If the User disagrees with any of the terms of this Agreement, please stop using all the services provided by us.
1.5 Users shall comply with the terms of this Agreement and use the services provided by us lawfully and reasonably; otherwise, we have the right to terminate the services provided to users in accordance with this Agreement.
1.6 We reserve the right to withdraw the account used by the user at any time.
2.1 Users shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality and validity of their login information for the services provided by us. Users shall not impersonate others; shall not use the name of others to publish any information; shall not maliciously use their accounts to cause other users to misidentify them.
2.2 The service provided by us is a platform for information sharing, dissemination and access, the information published by users through the service provided by us is public information, and other third parties can access the information published by users through the service provided by us, and the publication of any information by users is recognized as public information, and they alone bear the legal responsibility for this behavior; any information that users do not want to be known by other third parties should not be published on the service provided by us. The service we provide is a platform for information acquisition, sharing and dissemination. We respect and encourage the content created by users, recognize the importance of protecting intellectual property rights for the survival and development of the service we provide, and commit to make the protection of intellectual property rights one of the basic principles of the operation of the service we provide.
3.1 The copyright of all original content (including but not limited to discussions and comments) published by users on the services provided by us belongs to the users themselves. The User may authorize third parties to use it in any way, without the consent of the services provided by us.
3.2 If a third party reproduces the original content published by the User on the services provided by us in a place other than the services provided by us for non-commercial purposes, it shall prominently state the name of the original author (or the name of the account used by the original author on the services provided by us) at the beginning of the body of the work, give the original link to the services provided by us, state “published on the services provided by us”, and shall not The work may not be modified or interpreted. In the event that the work needs to be modified or used for commercial purposes, the third party shall contact the user to obtain separate authorization to use the content in the manner specified by the user.
3.3 The User shall guarantee that the content uploaded or published on the Services provided by us is the copyright holder or has been legally authorized and that the content does not infringe the legal rights of any third party. If a third party raises an objection regarding the copyright, the services provided by us shall have the right to remove the relevant content according to the actual situation and shall have the right to pursue the legal responsibility of the user. The user shall be responsible for full compensation for any damage caused to the services provided by us or to any third party.
3.4 If any third party violates the rights of the user of the service provided by us, the user agrees to authorize the service provided by us or its designated agent to warn, complain, initiate administrative enforcement, litigation, appeal, or negotiate a settlement on behalf of the service provided by us or the user against such third party, and the user agrees to participate in the joint defense of rights if the service provided by us deems necessary.
3.5 The services provided by us have the right, but not the obligation, to review the content posted by the user and have the right to deal with infringing information based on relevant evidence combined with laws and regulations such as the Tort Liability Law, the Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Information Network Dissemination and the guidelines of the services provided by us. 4.1 Except for reasons such as requirements by law or governmental authorities with legal authority or prior express authorization from users, the services we provide guarantee not to disclose to the public or to third parties users’ personal privacy information or non-public content stored by users when using the services. At the same time, in order to operate and improve the technology and services we provide, the services we provide may collect and use or provide non-personal information of users to third parties, which will help us provide better user experience and service quality to users.
5.1 The services we provide cannot guarantee the safety and correctness of the content or comments posted by users.
5.2 The content posted by users on the services provided by us only expresses their personal positions and opinions and does not represent the positions or opinions of the services provided by us. As the publisher of the content, he/she is responsible for the published content and shall bear all legal and joint liability for all disputes arising from the published content. We do not assume any legal or joint liability for the services we provide.
5.3 The services we provide do not guarantee that the network services will meet the user’s requirements or that the network services will not be interrupted, nor do we guarantee the timeliness, safety and accuracy of the network services.
5.4 We will not be responsible for any interruptions or other defects in the network services caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our control, but will endeavor to minimize the losses and impacts caused to the users as a result.
6.1 According to the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to business development needs, the services we provide have the right to make modifications or changes to the terms of this Agreement, once the content of this Agreement has changed, the services we provide will publish the modified content of the Agreement on the website, and this publication is considered that the services we provide have notified the user of the modified content. The Services may also use in-site messaging to notify users of modifications to the terms of the Agreement, changes to the Services, or other important matters.
6.2 If the User does not agree with the modifications to the terms of this Agreement made by the Service, the User has the right and shall stop using the Service. If the User continues to use the Services, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the modifications to the terms and conditions of the Agreement as provided by the Services.
