Stress Tracker For Watch uses Apple’s HealthKit API to read and/or write certain data to the Apple Health app in order to provide app functionality.

If you do not consent to Stress Tracker For Watch accessing your health data, do not use this feature in this app. If you do not want Stress Tracker For Watch to access your health data, please revoke our access in the Apple Health app.

Use
Specifically, Stress Tracker For Watch collects and uses the following health data.

Read sleep data: Stress Self will read sleep time and use that data to graph it.
Read positive thoughts: Stress Self will read the time of positive thoughts and use that data to graph.
Read step data: Stress Self will read the step data and graph it.
Read Heart Rate Data: Stress Self Test will read heart rate data, calculate HRV, and use that data to graph.

Your health data is only used to provide application functionality. We do not use your health data for purposes such as marketing, advertising, or usage-based data mining, including by third parties. Your health data is accessed locally through Apple Health, and your health data is processed locally and not sent to any servers.

Your Notes Data: Stress Tracker For Watch will record user-generated notes data, specifically text and images, all of which are stored locally and will not be sent to any server or shared with any third party.

Using behavioral data

Stress Tracker For Watch uses Firebase Analytics to collect usage behavior data that cannot be traced back to you personally to help us enhance and improve our service. We will only use the information collected to research and improve the overall performance of Stress Tracker For Watch.

Crash Data

Stress Tracker For Watch uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect application crash data that cannot be traced back to you personally. We will use the crash data to fix bugs and enhance our service.

Data Protection

We only use fitness data to send notifications. The data is only used in the device’s memory and is not saved or shared.

We only use sleep time, positive thinking data, step data, and heart rate data for charting purposes. The data is only used in the device’s memory and is not saved or shared.

We use the Firebase SDK to collect production interaction and crash data. The data we collect is anonymous and not associated with the user.

Data Access

Users can remove data from their device in Device Settings - Data.
Users can delete data from their CloudKit in Settings - Data or Manage their Cloud Data in System Settings.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies.

Data Retention

When a user deletes data on their device, they can recover it from iCloud. When a user deletes data on iCloud, there is no way to recover their data.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
